Refund and Returns Policy

At Suamy Corp, we take pride in crafting each product with care, precision, and attention to detail. Most of our items are custom-made to your specifications, meaning they are produced specifically for you.
For this reason, our refund and return options are limited to cases where products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our goal is to make every shopping experience with Suamy Corp smooth, transparent, and worry-free. This policy explains:
- When refunds or returns are available.
- How to request a refund or replacement.
- Timeframes and conditions for returns
- What items are non-returnable
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Because most of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that are produced according to your specifications, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom apparel: T-shirts, polos, and other personalized clothing.
- Printed products: Business cards, flyers, PVC IDs, and other custom-printed materials.
- Personalized drink-ware: Ceramic mugs, coffee cup sets, tumblers, and any drink-ware with printed designs.
- Custom acrylic products: Signs, plaques, photo frames, and decorative items.
- Made-to-order items: Any product designed or printed specifically for your order.
We strongly recommend reviewing your design proofs and order details carefully before confirming your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Refunds
We accept refunds or replacements if:
- The product arrives damaged or defective.
- You receive the wrong item compared to your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).
- Contact your bank (processing times can vary).

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us by email at support@suamycorp.com. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and send you an email with complete instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary requirements.
No exchanges will be processed without prior email authorization.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping returns
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at support@suamycorp.com. You will receive a reply with detailed instructions and the return address.
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items without tracking.
